Shipping Policy
Shipping is by US Postal Service and will typically arrive in 3-5 business days. One-time purchases over $75 ship for free and monthly subscriptions are sent out each month from the date of your first purchase! We strive to bring you the freshest coffee possible and do not accept orders outside the continental United States.
Return & Exchange Policy
We understand mistakes can happen. If some part of your order isn't correct or was damaged along the way, maybe we messed up somewhere, please contact us directly and we will strive to make it right as soon as possible. Coffee is perishable and we are too small batch to process returns, but if you don't love it and we can't make it right we will refund your purchase.
