Truly the best home brewed coffee I’ve had in a long time. I’m on my 3rd straight month of Rising Tide (thanks to the monthly subscription). Every month I look forward to tasting every nuance Chris has roasted into different beans from around the world AND reading his beautiful musings about each batch allows me to deepen my appreciation for the region it came from. Nobody does a better job introducing the highlighted coffee bean and its alternate roasting than Rising Tide. It's impossible that your latest coffee roast will be the best in your life, again and again, but it's not impossible that every new delivery of every month's Rising Tide coffee beans will delight you with BOTH its description (land of origin, farmer's technique) and its for-real taste.
The single origin was very well roasted highlighting the flavors of the bean. Very responsive to questions and great service as well!
